Effective October 6, 2026 · Vencire

What personal information AdViper collects, why, who it's shared with, and how to access or delete it. We don't sell your personal information and we don't use advertising trackers on our site.

1. Who we are

AdViper is operated by Vencire (“we”, “us”). This policy covers adviper.io and the AdViper app. Vencire is the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at contact@vencire.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details: your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only as a salted one-way hash; we can’t read them.
  • Business information: what you tell us about your business to plan campaigns, such as what you sell, your offer, customer value, capacity, locations, budgets and spending limits.
  • Ad content: images, videos and text you upload or approve for your ads.
  • Settings and decisions: your caps, approval choices and notification preferences.
  • Messages: what you send us when you contact us.

Information from services you connect or pay through

  • Whop (payments): confirmation of your payments, plan, membership status, renewal dates and the email on your Whop account. Your card details go to Whop and its payment partners, not to us.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram): when you connect your Facebook Page through Whop, we receive the Page’s identifier and name, and the performance of the campaigns we run for you, such as spend, reach, clicks and results. You sign in to Facebook yourself; we never receive your Facebook password.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and the pages and actions requested, which our servers record in logs. IP addresses are also used briefly to limit repeated sign-in attempts.
  • Cookies: see section 6.

We don’t ask for, and you shouldn’t give us, sensitive information such as health, financial account or government ID numbers. If your business is regulated, such as a clinic, don’t upload customer or patient information to AdViper.

3. How we use it

  • to create and run your account, and to sign you in securely;
  • to plan, launch, monitor, pause and report on your campaigns, and to enforce your spending limits;
  • to process payments, track your ad budget balance and manage your subscription;
  • to generate ad images and copy when you ask for them;
  • to answer your messages and send service notices, such as billing, security and policy updates;
  • to keep AdViper secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems;
  • to measure and improve how the product works, using our own records; and
  • to meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We don’t sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it to target ads at you. We may use information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it can’t reasonably identify you or your business, for example to improve our planning rules.

4. AI processing

AdViper uses artificial intelligence to classify your business, draft plans and ad copy, review results and generate images. To do this we send the relevant business information and content to the AI providers listed in section 5, under their terms for business customers, which don’t allow them to use data sent through their APIs to train their models. AI output can be wrong; every significant change is checked against fixed spending rules, and new accounts approve changes before they happen.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run AdViper:

  • Whop, Inc.: payment processing and subscriptions, and the delivery of Meta campaigns. See Whop’s Privacy Policy.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc.: to run your Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Ads and their content are subject to Meta’s own policies.
  • Anthropic, PBC and OpenAI, L.L.C.: AI text and image generation (section 4).
  • Oracle Corporation: cloud hosting and storage for the service and its backups.

We may also disclose information:

  • when required by law, legal process or a valid government request;
  • to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public or us, including to prevent fraud; and
  • as part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, in which case the information stays subject to this policy.

6. Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is signed so it can’t be forged, can’t be read by page scripts, and isn’t used for tracking. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies or third-party tracking pixels on adviper.io. Whop’s checkout, which is embedded on our checkout page, may set its own cookies to process payments and prevent fraud; those are covered by Whop’s privacy policy.

Our site doesn’t respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, because we don’t track you across other sites in the first place. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of sale and targeted advertising, though we don’t do either.

7. How long we keep it

  • Account, business and campaign information: while your account is open.
  • After you ask us to delete your account: removed from our live systems within 30 days, and from backups as they expire, which takes up to a further 14 days.
  • Payment and transaction records: as long as tax, accounting and legal obligations require, typically up to seven years.
  • Server logs: kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then deleted.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, signed session cookies, access controls and limits on repeated sign-in attempts. No system is completely secure. If we learn of a security breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and any authorities as the law requires.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, and subject to exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • confirm whether we process your personal information, and access a copy of it;
  • correct information that is inaccurate;
  • delete your personal information;
  • receive your information in a portable format; and
  • opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We don’t do any of these.

This includes rights under the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws, and, for people in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, data protection law there. To make a request, email contact@vencire.com from the email on your account. We may need to verify your identity, you may use an authorized agent, and we will reply within 45 days. We won’t treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Appeals. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with “Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond within 60 days. If you are unhappy with the result, you can contact your state attorney general; in Delaware, that is the Delaware Department of Justice.

You can update most account details in Settings, and unsubscribe from any non-essential emails using the link in them. Service emails about billing and security can’t be switched off while your account is active.

10. Children

AdViper is a business service for adults. It isn’t directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Where data is stored

We host AdViper in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and for significant changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Questions or requests: contact@vencire.com.
